The ingredients for the dishes in Siam 1’s menu wherever possible have been sourced from local fresh produce so as to achieve the closest possible to original Thai flavors such as Thai egg plant, pea egg plant, lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal and of course chili!

Siam 1 is the one thai restaurant in Melbourne that you can enjoy the closest to original Thai flavors. Remember though with such ingredients that the food is traditionally hot and our chef Wichit Jimmy makes no apologies for this!
